This is a very good advice for a cocktail which you can drink in the morning to make you fit and ready for the new day. It strengthens your Cardiovascular System, your Immune System and gives you a boost for all the daily challenges you have to face:
Take 1/4 Liter Tomatojuice, add 2 Tablespoons Linseed oil and ass a dash of Lemonjuice (or Limejuice). Stir well and drink sip by sip. If you repeat this for some days you will soon feel the result!
