Reducing the hunger

Did you also try different diets? Sometimes you spent a wealth for expensive pills and diet drinks etc. So did i. Sometimes with success, sometimes with less success. Of course we all know that the best thing to keep in shape is to be active and to have a balanced diet.

There is different foodstuff to reduce the hunger. One fruit of it is the honeydew melon. Eat from time to time slices of a honeydew melon as snack. It includes lot of water, vitamins, minerals and makes you feel full.

May great grandmother also had this advice for reducing hunger: Drink every hour (starting from 9 am until 6 pm) a glass warm water with a dash of lemon juice inside.

You will see, it makes you feel great. Just try it out!
